I got some popping in some of my music mp3 files, can I remove them?

May be caused by too high recording level.

Drop into Goldwave (www.goldwave.com) and use the pop/click filter. When you download Goldwave, also get the LAME32, an MP3 encoder. This will allow Goldwave to handle mp3's, and save as mp3.

I have some software called "Audio Cleaning Lab /10" it kicks ass. I only paid about $30 something for it.

You can remove clicks, pops, hiss, eq the songs, you name it.

Check here.

That is some slick shit there.

BTW, if some witty monkey chimes in with "buy the cd", I hope your shoe is pooped in on random days.
