By a unanimous vote of the Alabama Senate, kegs of beer will no longer be sold, except to bars and restaurants.

It seems they have been misused by those under 21, so it's bye bye for everyone.

I'm sending Mr. Frisky underground. Since the male genitalia have been used by some in a less than upstanding manner, he could be at risk.

WAIT A MINUTE! My state senator knocked up his (much younger) secretary and was given the heave ho by his wife. Guess I'm safe?

I'd expect this idiocy in other parts of the country. Apparently we're not immune.

In other news, legislation to remedy possible Kelo inspired mischief languishes. May not be brought up.
