Another thread mentioned an Alito's views on machine guns, I was just wondering what he said about them and when.  (dindn't want to hijack the other thread)

He said the .gov's prohibition on MG's was not a proper exercise of Congress' power to regulate interstate commerce.  He did not touch the 2nd amendment issue, although that was raised by the defendant.  The case is called Rybar IIRC.
