Looking for some new things for Tanerite, other than stuffed animals or watermelons.
Don't need anything to cause severe fragmentation (Safety factor) even thought about
a can of either but don't have long range rifle to give enough distance to try it.

We've blown up pumpkins here in WA, and I think some turkey's ate it shortly after Thanksgiving.  We also blew up a huge rock with "SNS" written on it ... but that's an internal WA politics thing ...

Fruitbowl special....

Large bowl of melon pieces, rind, etc to attract ground squirrels.  Add two or three tannerite targets- give it an hour...

I think you can see where this is going.....

Top load washing machine with about 7-8 lbs. of homemade tannerite.

The only thing left was the lid which was thrown about 50 ft. in the air.

Oh and we found the warranty information about a hundred feet away.

We couldn't find enough shrapnel  ummm parts to return.

Somebody that day actually got some video footage but I've never been able to get it.

There were three or four of us shooting at it with ARs and one person with an M249 SAW.  The SAW got it.

Archive Link

If you can't open the link, search the archives.  This one is pretty close to what I used to use.

The materials are getting uber difficult to find anymore.

Sorry I'm not giving out my own recipe as taught to me by a friend, but liability is a bitch.

Hint: I go a little stronger on the Al powder than called out in russr's formula.
