I bet EO makes these for Bushnell.

Well, if they expect to sell them, it had better be half the price of the EOtech..

No seriously, who wants to take my bet...?

I didn't have concrete proof they made them, but the early Bushnells looked exactly like EOTech's sight so I figured.

The new ones... I haven't tried so I won't pass judgment on them. But if they work like the EOTechs, they're great. I have two and love them.

i have 2 of the 55x series and really like them. thats why i was looking for info on this model. haven't seen one but was hoping someone here has.

I have 2 of the same and love them. If the Bushnells are as tough as the EOs are but cheaper... That might make an attractive option for someone on a budget. Or just tired of shelling out EOMegacash for an EOThing.

Just looking at it, the only thing that concerns me is one of the listed "features":

Low-battery warning and auto shut-off

No (major) problem for a hunting or sporting arm, maybe, but I don't think I would want that on a defensive weapon. Maybe you can set/defeat/override that "feature"...

I have a friend who has the Bushnell version. It's made by Eotech and is identical to the model 510 except it doesn't have the metal shield over it that the Eotech does.

I'm curious, is this the testbed model for the second generation Eotech? I like it's looks!

Okay, I could live with that, I think... I don't plan on getting into any 4+ hour firefights!

Right, for when you're running 80MPH with your holosight on!

Plus with the 2AAA batteries, it's an easy change-out. I think a purchase and range report is in order, The_Beer_Slayer

I think that this would be the perfect addition to my Beretta CX4.

Yep - the same sort of curvy, "organic" look to it. I agree completely.

Dang it
I have not had the time to shoot the AR with my new EOthingy yet and now they start bringing out starwars looking things.
Only one problem I see it don't look black.
