one of my photographers lives in the NO area....his parents live in Lakeview, which is right near the 17th st Canal. He are some pics that he snapped recently upon returning.

Pic 3122 looks like a Eames chair. That's a pretty $$$ chair for what looks like a below average home. It may be a knock off.

Yeah when I was there I had to kick in a bunch of doors on some big$$ homes.  They were all trashed like that.

Agree.   I was flooded out in '72 by Agnes.  I look at those pictures and the stench came right back to me.
