Well it's mildly clever, I'll give them that. Otherwise, ya - I'm not running out and buying it. Whatever. I've seen worse.

At least it isn't gay cowboys eating pudding.

Much of what passes for "art" these days is nothing more than people with no clue of how the world functions "expressing" themselves because they feel like they really do know more than other people because they are "artists".

I have seen grafitti "artists" paint better stuff.

Yup. It's really more of an editorial cartoon than art. I refuse to get worked up over this.

Most art I see nowadays lacks creativity.

It's like people are trying to "express themselves artistically", but lack the creativeness to do so. It mainly comes from the fact that leftists (which make up the vast majority of artists) are left-brain dominant in most cases, which precludes them from being very imaginative so that accounts for the "Die, Bush Die! Blarg!" "art" we see so often.

Left-brain people are much better off becoming accountants and mathematicians. They should leave the creativity to the right-brainers... problem is, most right-brain dominant people know they can't sit around painting shit all day, they need an actual job to be successful.

All that is, is someone who decided that the only way their horrible talent would get noticed is if they did something that would piss people off. Something like that, half of the people are with you, half are against you, but either way, everyone shows their friends.

Smart business tactics, bad artistry.

Is that a pic of some grafitti on a wall in Iran?

Some people.

I wouldn't mind setting it on fire.

A water-headed chimpanze flinging poop at a canvas would probably create better "art" than this novice attempt did.

No wonder most "artists" are starving.

Its more a politcal commentery - or illustration than fine art.

But "art" is a VERY broad term.

When one says they "support the arts" that could be painting, sculpture, opera, orchestra, singing, dance, plays, musicals, etc etc etc.

So the definatiion of art his HUGE.

And what people consider "art" is subjective.

So like so many other things in thise world - you dont like it - move on.
