Something along the lines of

Tools

Options (or Internet Options)

then clear History, Download History, and Cache.

That should get rid of all unwanted traces.

i did all that and restarted computer.still there,i even used disk clean-up.i was able to retrace it to the folder it was hidden in.then deleted it from there.
when i watched it i click open not save using mozilla.but it downloaded it.
but i got off.

i am not worried about the wife finding, just don't want the kids to stumble across it.
thanks for the help.

For those of you are using Microsoft AntiSpyware in the “Tools” menu “Advanced Tools” it has a utility called “Tracks Erase” that will clean the history, recent files, ect. for a variety of Microsoft and non-Microsoft software like Windows Media Player, Windows Explorer, Office, WinZip, Adobe Acrobat, and many others.
