On Yahoo's homepage, in the "In the News" section, there is an article concerning the recent California Supreme Court ruling on a liability case. There is also a poll with the news listing.

Man this story has already fallen off of the CNN, and several news station's web site as though it never happened.  And it has only been 4 hours or so.  This is total BULL$HIT!
