Well, I think some noticed, but apparently don't care. The fact that there are folks in the publishing/media business that don't know jack about firearms is not really that surprising.

I am fairly certain that the rifle is not a Kalishnikov, but I also remember seeing an advertisement for a handgun where all the rounds were in the mag backwards. You would think that these things would be proofed by folks that knew a little about firearms, but I guess not.

ETA: I am slow in typing, I see you mentioned the HK add.
