The one I like the best. Model 65 .357 |

My SKS.
My gunsmith buddy insists that I have a curse. Weapons failure is probably what's gonna get me killed. Over the course of the last few years I have managed to jam or have major problems with following weapons (either my own or borrowed): Bushmaster AR15 Armalite AR10 Colt Combat Commander WASR-10 (yup, I can even make a Kalashnikov FTF) IMI Baby Eagle So much for "not buying junk guns", that damned little Chinese $99 special just keeps on ticking. |
My dead stock Glock 9mm pistols.
Ugly as a brick. Reliable as death and taxes. Love em' Dram out |
Beleive it or not....my Beretta Chetah 84 in .380 has never malfunctioned...this after all I heard was that .380s jam all the time...prolly have about 400-500 through it....
But I would take the G19 in a pinch. Jammed once or twice in the first few hundred...after that....at least a thousand more...not a single issue....well it Kaboomed on me once...but I sprayed CLP on it and it runs good as new. |
I'd like to say my LE6920 or my SLR-105a1R, but I don't have many rnds through them. I'd have to say my HK-91. Never had one single malfunction and my only gripe is its a PITA to clean the trunnion area.

Semi-autos! PFFHHHH!!
M-48 Mauser all the way! 8mm Mauser makes .308 look like a .22 long. |
Yup, but Ill pick up my Wilson Stainless Protector first. |
you gotta differentiate between manual loader vs. automatic loader. I dont see how a bolt action could have any real problems compared to a self loader. anywho, my autoloader would have to be the AK and the glock. they can swallow and eject anything you feed them including dented and tarnished crap.
Pistol: Any of my glocks
Shottie: My HK marked BenelliM3 Super 90 Rifle: Winchester model 70 |
Glock 22 and my SIG P226.
I like my CAR-15, but for some reason it keeps jamming in my dreams. I wake up very depressed and discouraged. |
Pistol: Les Baer 1911
Shotgun: Remington 870 Rifle: Bushmaster 16" Carbine BUG: Smith and Wesson 442/Glock 26 Most unreliable POS I have ever owned: Springfield "loaded" 1911. Wouldn't feed hardball and the rear sight kept coming off. |
Yep - my boomstick,ya primitive screwheads ! |

For me, it's my early 80's HK91 and HK93. I have had both of them for about 23 years. I've fired thousands of rounds of all kinds of crap ammo through both of them and never had ONE SINGLE malfunction EVER. The 30 ft ejection of empty cases is very reassuring as well.
Take apart an HK 91/93 and you will certainly marvel at the uber quality and extreme robustness of each component inside the gun. If the HK 91/93 had a last shot bolt hold-open device, I would say it would be damn near a perfect weapon. In addition to all this, they are the most accurate BY FAR of the "black guns" that I own (comparing to FN FAL, IMI Galil, Colt AR's, Hungarian AK's, etc,) . The HK 91/93 gives most bolt guns a run for their money in the accuracy dept. |
For me it would be my Sig 239, and then my Bushmaster AR with good ammo such as xm193.

M4
Glock 21 Colt Combat Elite Baby eagle .45 fullsize all steel/9mm also MAK-90 (norinco) My other Bushies I do not own anything I cannot trust. |
for semi's it would have to be any one of my Glocks, either of my Bushy AR's & my Benelli
I've never had any problems with any of my bolt action rifles, pump shotguns or S&W revolvers either |
Rifle: ARSENAL SA-M7 AK-47 clone. Without a doubt.
Pistol: SA XD-.357 Sig. or Walther P-99. Shotgun: Mossy M590A I LOVE my match AR...but that beast is a tricked out 20" Colt HBAR with the usual junk hanging off of it, like bipod and ACOG. It is a blast at the range, but not my first choice. It has failed on occasion. The AK? Never...shit, its an AK! |
+1 If they are not reliable, they get sold or otherwise disposed of. Life is too short for stuff that doesn't work properly. |
I'm extremely confident in all my guns, but if had to pick just one, it would be my H&K .45
FN SPR A2 .308
Custom AR .223 Springfield XD Tactical 9mm all have never had ftf |
My Garand. It is over 55 years old but I have never had a problem with it. It is incredibly reliable and is very accurate.
They're all reliable and accurate, or they wouldn't be here. That does not mean they are SUITABLE.
I have a 7mm/12 gauge drilling that's great to shoot but I certainly wouldn't bet my life on it. |
I would bet my life on: my ultralite entry AR, my P7M8 and my Glock 19.
That is, if I hadn't lost them all in that boating accident... |
...tough one, all the ones I own, I have complete faith in...

surprise surprise... my NORINCO Type 59A pistol - the only gun in my collection that has never ever jammed or suffered any malfunction - and yes its Made in China!
I don't have any I wouldn't trust actually.
But my 16 inch RRA A2 has over 8k rounds through it and has never had a single malfunction. |
All of my AK's.
A Norinco 1911 .45. SM Oh yeah...My 1950's model Topper single shot 16 gauge. |
I have never had a problem with my .45 or my shotgun. My AR has jammed numerous times. Usually due to the magazine I use.
