Try the ghostrider videos. Ghostrider is overtaking people at speeds that look much faster than the ones in the above video, it looks like he might be passing people with maybe a 20-30mph difference at most. With those people doing maybe 40mph that makes him stupid but I doubt he's over 140.
Ghostrider videos are better because he likes to get the cops to chase him before he pops a wheelie and rides off on one wheel in the middle of a turn. video.google.com/videosearch?q=ghostrider |

Yeah, Ghostrider is damn cool, mainly because it's a motorcycle.
I must say that video looked great for the late 70s. I can't believe it looks that good. I also now know why I can't ever hit those goddamn pigeons; They get outta the way even at those speeds. |

One day before I die, I want to drive a car that sounds like that. Wow. Of course I wouldn't drive that stupidly. I have no problem with someone driving fast. I have a problem with someone driving fast when they can't see what's coming. Any of those red lights could have been a disaster since you can't see what's coming because of the buildings.z

I'm still watching that ghost rider video, He's pegged the digi speedo at 299 and held it there for over 10 seconds twice now. It's to choppy for that to be real, I bet it won't read over 299. That's fuckin bookin.

Nice tour of Paris.
Arc de triumph Place de concorde through the louvre Down to the old opera house. \ then to a couple of places I don't know and ends up at the Sacred Heart. Can someone fill in the rest of the tourist sights? Fun to watch though. |

Ghostrider must be running a Turbo Hyabusa. The short period of time it takes him to accelerate from 250-280 is impossible in a normally aspirated bike. I mean, my ZX-9R is fast, but there's no way it could accelerate like that when it's going that fast already.
The French guy that did the run around La Preipherique is dead if I'm not mistaken, havingbeen killed on another stunt ride like that. |

Yes, he is riding a Turbo Busa'.
His website is being moved to a new server right now, just went there. You guys should watch him and his buddies driving around Stockholm on souped up mini motos in heavy downtown traffic right around dusk. IT IS INSANE. They are driving in and around all over the traffic pattern on tiny little mini motos. Some of his vids can be downloaded off the net off shareaza. Guy has a pair that simply clang. Impossible to duplicate anywhere but where he does his thing in Europe. The roads he pulls this crap on are magnificently cared for and pot hole free. Looks just like they were paved. Try that crap here and he would be dead in a 1/4 mile on the roads in America. That is fact. Dram out |

The video reminds me of things I used to do 15 -20 years ago, except the rider is far more skilled than I ever was. His ability to maintain control in transitioning from road to shoulder to road again, at his rates of speed were extremely impressive. A blow out, a patch of gravel, or a puddle, and he is gone. Pretty ballsy The Beamer Chase...WOW! |

Nissan did a similar movie through the streets of Prague with a 350z called "The Run" .Top speeds were only in the 120 range but they had a camera chase car and cameras (Hollywood film crew) hanging from every part of the Z so you could actually see the car from front and back instead of just looking through the windshield

Uh, most of the vids of GhostRider are of him on a GSXR1000K5 turbo. That BMW chase is on a Gixxer as well. He rides a Busa on occasion but seems to prefer the Gixxer.
