I did a "150 workouts in a year" and it worked. (I'm friggen old) It was enough to keep me in the habit of doing it but not so many it would be hopeless if I missed a few.

Anybody have fitness/health related resolutions that worked? I'm ramping up after this year's modest success.

Not really fitness related but I just intend to eat less and better. Wish I had the energy at the end of the day for excerise.

... a few achievable and modest ones for me:

  • Continue the progress made this year for a life of fitness

  • Become a better lover, son, neighbor, brother, American and man

  • Move into a new position at work assuming greater responsibilities and role in the business

  • Increase base salary 20%

  • Begin the architectural design of my new home in the mountains

  • Drink less alcohol and more water

  • Learn to read and speak Spanish

  • Finish my FAL parafolder project

  • Spend less time on-line

  • ... Happy New Year

I'm sticking with resolutions I can do...

    1. Take more time for myself and the wife.
    2. Spend more time at the range.
    3. Work out a little more.
    4. Stress about my job a little less.
    5. Enjoy my drinking a little more on the weekends!
    and finally...

    6. Spend a little more time on the best website in the world...AR15.COM!!!
