Got an offer on that GAU 17 Gunner position. Looks like I will be pulling camp here in PA soon, and heading to Florida for a certain amount of time. Maybe I'll hook up with some of the FL crew while I am down there.

Good stuff, man. I'm kinda new, have you been over there before? I was stationed out of both Bagram and Kandahar over 2004.

Are you talking about this GAU 17? Then yes, that's a lot of job satisfaction alright!

If they're moving you to FL first, then you'll be trained to be a Space Shuttle Door Gunner.

my hometown area! I recommend Bunky's Raw Bar in Satellite Beach, just south of Patrick AFB on A1A, if you find yourself bored, shoot me an IM and I'll see if I can't think up some other decent places to grub/relieve boredom
