I thought that was pretty cool that when ted nugent was over in Iraq for the USO he carried his pistol and got to fire a few machine guns.

I can't support that kind of activity.

good for Ted. Of course I wouldn't go over there unarmed either.

What kind of ammo was in it??

Not really, considering if it was a lowly civilian in Iraq there is no way we would be allowed to carry a gun.

Interesting story.

How did he get back into the U.S. with it?

I would guess the USO may have been moved by military transport. ...and whoever was in charge "overlooked" the personal weapon both ways.

Then again... he could have left it there as a gift to someone... he can probably afford to buy a ew one.

I would not travel thier unarmed, and if the plane landed and I was that would change quickly. I do not thimk Iraq has any form of gun laws at all.

Knowing Ted I'm sure it was full house 10mm Cor-Bon.

Yeah, I am betting he does not carry the underpowered 9mm...

I've heard him say several times that they let him carry an M4 in Afghanistan.
