When accessing EZ Check it requires an FFL number. Is there anyway to check using last name, zip code, address or any other information?

Nope, you're on your own.  

The address of the FFL should match the address of the phone number that you call to talk to the FFL holder to confirm everything.  That's as good as you can get with the current system.
