I'm sitting in a new leather desk chair playing with my Kershaw Blur knife and wishing it wasn't raining so I could go shoot my L-W M4.

My cousin gave her husband (who was wounded in the suicide attack on the cafeteria in Mosul, Iraq last year) a baby girl on the one year anniversary of that attack.

I got a Henry lever-action .22LR which I've been wanting for about 3 years!

A neat and sweet little cowboy style lever gun I can shoot all day for a few dollars!

My little girl was born on 12/22 last year, one day off. It's nice having little girls, you're gonna have lots of good times bro. Congrats!

This year, I got a Les Tam sling for my M1A. Looks just like this one here, EGA and everything...
Link Posted: 12/25/2005 5:56:34 AM EDT
I got underwear and a robe.......

Guess with as many toys as I buy for myself, the "gift" part of Chrsitmas really doesn't matter much for me. Got the Misses a new Accord, and a nice digital camera. Perfect combo for some BOTD...? My kid is not quite a year old so the boxes could be empty for all that she'd care, just so long as she can play with the paper and bows.

Friday, the 23rd, would have been my dad's 69th birthday (he passed away 13 1/2 years ago), so it was a solemn day in a sense. However, we found out on Friday that baby #5 will be daughter #5!!!! Couldn't have asked for a better gift. Mom and baby are doing well and looking good. Mom's looking REAL good!

Two of the absolute neatest things I got was a Social Distortion "Skelly" action figure from one of my ARFcom bro's (Thanks Wes!)

And a magnificent set of Kudu horns that an old friend gave me. They had been in her family over 60 years---Her mother is nearing the end and gave them to my friend who knew I've lusted for the horns for the last 30 years. This is one of the most thoughtful and best gifts that I've received in my lifetime...!

I did'nt ask anyone for anything....I really do not want anything. I'm just getting people I know what they ask for........Why do so many people have this mindset ""oooo"" look @ all my stuff I got. I actually heard a woman ask a guy to give her money, the amount would show how much he loved her. WTF!...Cya, would be my response!
Link Posted: 12/25/2005 7:33:28 AM EDT
Well I left out the new American Rifleman with the pic of the Socom II out everywhere but I guess they didn't get the hint

Actually no gun stuff as parents don't know I shoot. Would rather not bring it up quite yet until I'm completely independent from them. And girlfriend already had my present in mind

Dremel w/ acces.
Extended release of Sin City
Shaun of the Dead
Cool Zippo lighter (Really have no use for it except I like to always fidget with them when I play online poker)
New graphics card for computer (Coming in about a week)
And parents are helping me buy a car as a xmas/ 21st bday present
and $$
