I want to take 30 to 40 seconds of sound from a movie to make a ring tone for my phone not sure how to do any help would be great such as software needed.  side note I am not very computer literate

Do a google search for "MP3 trim" It lets you cut MP3 file clips. Then if your phone supports it plug it in to your computer and upload the file to your phone
