I am curious, why do you have to be 21 to buy ammo off the net? I thought you only have to be 18 to buy rifle ammo?

If the ammo can be used in ANY pistol - 21 as per the feds.
Some local ordinances prohibit under 21 - the vendor can't know every local law.
