The older uncle was very drunk and was showing off his ID with Katrina EVAC printed on it, and his master card from.gov. He had what looked like a baggie of rock in his pocket he called his christmas candy.(it did not look like candy you eat! but I can't make positive ID on it.) The kids around four or so were actually well behaved. The woman that I talked to apoligized for the very drunk uncle. They were in the process of moving so I guess the .gov money ran out.

I drive alot of these people around on a bus.  Some seem just to be unfortunate, and are genuinely trying to make a living for themselves now that they are here.  Others, generally just make as big of an ass as they can of themselves, and then act as if their shit doesn't stink.

It makes for a rather intolerable day.
