What should a whole pig (50lb range) cost per pound?  I have a quote for $2.60lb cleaned, but that seems kinda high.

Good question.  The last 3 I got cost me 13 cents each.  That is what the ammo cost.

According to last Friday's data a 50lb feeder pig is going between $66 and $70.  Is the price you quoted based on the pigs weight after being cleaned or is it the price of the whole pig but includes having it cleaned out?

The dressing weight of a hog is about 70% of it's live weight.  So if you have a 50lb dressed hog it was around 70lb live weight.  At $130 for a 50lb dressed animal it seems pretty high.  Current market hog prices, pigs weighing 230 to 270 is $41 a hundred weight.  You could get a lot more meat for the same price.  But it all depends on what you are looking for.
