My friends house in Camden NJ is LITERALLY worth $115,000 and the property taxes are over $9,000 per year......

My folks pay about that on 40 acres here in NE 7k hereabouts
Strangely enough according to HERE Ne is just out of the top 10 you can check your own state there

Holy Cow! looks like you need to light the fire under your legislators butts and pass a property tax limitation. In Oregon they can not receive more than 5 dollars per $1000 of value.

Total, only $5 for the schools right? Unless Measure 50 changed it. I haven't been able to follow things since Measure 50 screwed everything up.

In some of Pennsylvania ,the property tax is as much as
8% of the total value of your home.

So basicly ,if your house is worth $150,000 market value,
in some counties your tax is $12,000 a year !

In my county it's around 4 % for a house ,but if you own a mobile or
sectional, it's 10 % of your property value !
Why do these libtards keep electing these assholes !

Your still paying it. The more property tax your Landord has to pay, the more rent he/she will charge you to make up the cost.
