This is my prediction, voter turnout, al qaeda is driving a huge wedge between themselves and just about every group in Iraq.  And calling everyone infidels isn't helping either.

I think they are on their last legs in iraq, knowing them, time to fall back and regroup looking for another location.

While that is good for the people of Iraq, its only a minor victory for the people of the United States.

Our goal was to iliminate the threat of Islamic terrorist attacks on the US or on Americans overseas.

Untill Syria and Iran also go through "regime change" and Al Qaida is hunted down and destroyed the war is not really over.
