it has been raining here for 12 hours straight.  not just a light drizzle, but constant and at many times a very hard rain.  my whole yard is under water, and the ditch behind my house (about 5 ft deep) is full.  the house is leaking, the porch is leaking, and the carport is leaking.  it hasnt rained like this since the hurricanes of last year.  anyone else have crappy weather today?

You can send it my way! We haven't seen a drop of water since mid-October. I think the dew point is somewhere around -12*f right now....

12 hours?  Pansey...

Sometimes that is how much sunlight we get in a year.

Well get some of that Henry's Roofing Repair and Henry's 183 Roofing Repair fabric and apply it when it stops raining.  Becareful on the roof because it can be slippery because it is wet.

BTW: It was 60F and cloudy in Los Angeles

Ask a weather question, and I just have to reply.  Sorry.  I checked the models, and it looks like you'll be getting some rain through at least 6am.  It should start slacking off shortly.  You should have the next few days to dry out.  I only checked the next couple of days though...

Well I'm 5 miles up the road from you and me and my bro and a fellow arfcommer worked Sat. from 8am till 7pm pulling 200' of pipe out of a well,  installed a new pump, pipe, tanks, plumbing etc.  Let me tell you, muddy & wet was an understatement. Hypothermia was setting in by 7pm. No rain gear either.  Pure misery, between 4 & 5 inches of rain fell and I soaked up a good bit of it.
