Picked up a fatass check for some shithead dinging up my truck earlier this month, and getting a little more cash in a few days, and now that I have money, I can't find a single decent price on a Goddamn one of the guns on my "buy at will" list.
 Just wanted to vent, thanks!

Although I DID get beat out yesterday for a S&W 629 "Ranger" edition that would have made Walker himself proud. After the holiday markdowns, they had the damn thing going for less than $400!

Throw it in a savings account. Throw some more on there. It will either be a rainy-day-oh-shit-I-lost-my-job fund, or it will be a gun fund for when something comes up.
I will spare you the details and just say "Learn from the mistakes of others. It is much less painful than learning them from self-experience."
