My take:
All I see are finger-pointings...He did it, she did that, they didn't prepare, he was too slow, blah, blah, blah,....
If everyone did what they suppose to do, evacuate when they are supposed to and not being stubborn, then the loss of human life would be minimal. If you don't have a means then figuring out something else, i.e...calling friends, relatives for help...walk if you had to. You can't sit around until
Sh!t Happens then act, then start bitching about that there was no help around you aftermath. When you see people pushing their relative either on the shopping cart, carrying their relative, belongings wading through the water, you can't help but think that they should have done this before the storm moves in.
As far as there's no help around when they need one? There would be never enough help to go around when 10 thousands and 100 thousands who want helps ALL AT THE SAME TIME...
It comes down to people who have the initiatives and act accordingly...They're the ones rarely ever complain to whatever happen to them.
