Cancer is teh Suck, but I can't think of a nicer shitstain to have to assume room temperature. Too bad it took so long.

In all seriousness, cancer sucks and I'm surprised to hear that he went so fast. |
Sorry, that needed fixing. |
Damn... looks like he's already been to hell... |
He is a dead traitor who is now getting exactly what he deserves... godless socialist scumbag.
Where can I send out a truckload of cigarettes to some congress critters? Dram out ( one down and plenty to go ) |

It is bad form to talk ill of the dead.
The guy didn't even finish HS and became a success in AMerica. Give the man some credit. Sgat1r5 |
Credit for what? Being anti American? He could have taken his opportunity and used it for good, which he didn't. I wish ill on nobody, but he is,was who he was. GM |
That sucks..... for his family. I dont wish this death on his kids and wife.
Shall we dance? I admit I just did a little jig.
They were just doing excerpts on Drudge. He had one of Jennings after the Demos lost Congress saying "the public had a fit like two year old children do" Eat well, my little worm friends... |
I'll never forget the Wednesday morning after the 1994 elections. The newspeople all looked like someone ran over their dogs.

A couple days before he left the air for the last time, I noticed that he had a terribly hoarse voice. I actually thought this would eventually happen to him (lung cancer), as I had heard many years ago that he was a heavy smoker, and only recently had stopped. Sad to see him go. No good person, no matter what their politics, deserves such a terrible ending to their life like that. I didn't agree with his politics, especially with regards to gun rights, but then Brokaw and Rather were just as bad on that issue.
He was less personable on air than Brokaw, and constantly interrupting reporters that were on his show, but I did find myself watching him more in the last few years than the other guys. RIP |
+1 Fuck him and the horse he rode in on. |

AAAGGGHHHH!!!!! Now I need to go bleach my brain to remove that image |
Are you sure? |
I bet he had a credit card. There is your credit. I remember what he was saying after 9-11. |
Interestingly, I think I remember that. I like your last line, btw. |
Well I'm not throwing a "fit like a 2 year old", but does:
......Wipe and flush bring anything to mind? |
No need to be an assfish about it. |
Beat me to it. Sorry about any person going into eternity without Christ. But he was an ultra-liberal, anti-American, socialist pinko. |

The EE Feedback Forum has crossed over into real life..... |

Smoke, smoke, smoke that cigarette
Puff, puff, puff until you smoke yourself to death. Tell St. Peter at the Golden Gate That you hate to make him wait, But you just gotta have another cigarette. |
That reminds me--does anyone know the current status of Sarah Brady? Not to rush things, but if he died in four MONTHS, why does she get four YEARS?
Holy Smoke! When I was a little kid, I used to hear that song on the radio. I can't believe you knew it. |
+1, my parents used to sing that song to us in the seventies. And they were smokers! |

a couple reminisces i have about peter "canadian bacon" jennings...someone did one of those important news stories where journalists interview other journalists and the interviewer asked since he was so successful in america, why didn't he become a citizen? old dead pete looked highly offended, stuck his nose in the air and said he had no desire to ever become an american citizen.
my second memory is the toby keith song. peter "worms go in, worms go out" jennings put on a little song and dance 4th of july 9/11 memorial from hollyweird but refused to let toby keith sing his "courtesy of the red, white, and blue" song saying "we don't need THAT kind of song on my show"... ahhh, the wonderful memories... |

Written by Merle Travis for Sollie "Tex" Williams, ca. 1947 I ain't no spring chicken...... |
Agreed...well, except that I would wish cancer on Islamofascist terrorists. |
Very professional, I didn't like his politics but I think he was the best anchor of our times. I thought he was much better than Cronkite.
i liked bernard shaw. jennings was nothing but a pretty, nicely dressed, smooth talking mouthpiece.
You'll get over it. |
Well I'm one that is happy to disgust you- Was not soon enough in my book...I'm not the forgiving type...he hated guns, gunowners, the military and just about everything else people here hold important. +1 I'm glad he's gone...now if the rest of the Nightly News scumbags would follow him.... |
