interesting, I would say that they're not wearing covers because the attack was unexpected and they simply grabbed armor/lbv and weapons and did their thing. |

good points, Enigma. My first impression was one of it appearing casual, and un-professional However, maybe thats exactly how these things happen in the real world of private security forces. They aren't on-ready 24/7, but able to defend themselves - in an offensive capacity if necessary The closest I have been to a firefight is ducking a frying pan (so to speak) |

forget the racist comments! we were talking to the insurgents... and to clarify "White Boy"it was the Blackwater PSD team leaders callsign! As being one of the 11 guys on the roof those few intense days I can answer a lot of these questions before they get out of hand... That video sucked. I have seen better shoot outs in L.A on the news.
What was so great about it. Camera man sucked. What were they shooting at? you can't even see. Wow! guys were shooting. Maybe if I was 18 and I saw a cool gun then I would get all hot and bothered. |

Only a dumbass is gonna stand up and expose themselves to fire just so they can have a better home video. Besides, this wasn't a firefight where the enemy was just mere yards away where they could be easily seen. This engagement was taking place at pretty long range. Note the burning vehicle in the distance. The proof is in the pudding and we saw the end result of the fighting at the end of the video.....insurgents sitting tied up in the back of a 5 ton truck (one of which was crying like a little bitch) with sandbags over their head. As for the gunships? Maybe they never hit any targets. That might explain why there was no video. BTW, I guess these Blackwater guys will be all heartbroken that you dislike their video shooting ability. Maybe you can go over and grab us some better quality ones. |
