There is a sweet one in the featured photo section, who makes it? the only other belt fed AR-15's i know of is the shrike and the XMG-99

Do a search and you should find a thread from a month or two ago that discusses this.

Even though I agree it would be a great piece to own, its been in development for the past 3-5 years and if you ask them they always say it will be available in a few months.

Many posts will claim you have a better chance of seeing Bigfoot than you are of seeing this thing go production.

There's a company out of Houston called Victor arms that is supposed to be developing one.  They have a section in the manufacturer's forum.

Victor arms is dead, and the ares web page is down, chances are they are dead too, I seen their prototype up for auction so I guess its safe to say there gone too, all that's left is the XMG99 in old outdated 8mm mauser.
