And the Internet too I might add.  No one is covering it now that the US has made its statemtnt.  Not even foreign news outlets like the BBC have anything new.  I found nothing new on CNN.com, Foxnews.com, or MSNBC.com.  I watched Fox and ABC TV news today and CNN and the Fox News Channel afterward, and they were all talking about Condit and his affairs, nothing about guns.  Did anyone else have better luck?

Ashcrofts decision to destroy records on gun owners passed without public outcry.  The Bush Administrations statements on gun control at the UN, though put on the front page, have dropped of the media radar.  The public seems just as apathetic about stopping the repeal of gun control as they did about preventing them from being enacted.  This is a rather positive sign for us...

Just wait until the next incident happens.

Yeah, it is like the whole thing just died, only I know it is still going on.  What became of the  mass demonstrations and gun "burning" that was supposed to be going on in major US cities.  I haven't heard a peep about it.  Anyone know of any such activiy in your area?  [pyro]
