McCain was on Hannity & Colmes last night going on about how he is a dedicated conservative Republican.  Interesting timing.

WOW! You folks are doing great!  You alls got the attention of the general news media, so you must of have hit a nerver somewhere.  Politicos don't like organized resistance, and the news media don't like the ordinary "nobody" people attacking standard bearer. I wish we could get rid of Calif Diane Fienstein and Barbara Boxer like that, but we're stuck with them for awhile.  Keep up the pressure.

What are the requirements in AZ for voting.  I just moved here about two months ago, and I don't remember registering to vote at the DMV when I got my license?  Does AZ have the motor votor?

I would really love to sign that petition and help get McCain the heck outa Washington.  That would be the biggest and best symbol we could send to the rest of Republicans who tend socialist.

Way to go AZ, my hat is off to you. Finally someone standing up to the stupidity of elected official's. I hope you can win this, as it will send a message to other's, what will happen when they stop representing the people that elected them. We don't need anymore of them telling us it's what they feel in their heart. To hell with how they feel, they were sent to Washington to vote the will of the people. Not their personal feelings. AZ stand proud. [smoke]

Assuming a best case scenario, like McTraitor is recalled, who the hell are ya put in his place? I hear there's a Clinton or two available.

If McCain were removed from office there would probably have to be a special election to fill the vacancy.  McCain would again get his name on the ballot.  J.D. Hayworth and John Shadegg would both be good replacements to McCain. You may remember the two of them during the attempted theft of the presidency by ALGORE. During that time, McCain was nowhere to be found.

If it came down to the Governor selecting a replacement, Jane Hull is a Republican and supported Bush during the primary against McCain.

There is no legal procedure to recall a senator, so we can't legally recall him, but he did say he would step down if he was recalled.  If his seat in the senate is vacant it is up to our governor to appoint a new senator and I don't think she'd appoint a Dem.  I think J.D. Hayworth would be a good replacement.

I will absolutely be at the rally to voice my displeasure with Mr. McCain.  I was once proud to be an Arizona native and be represented by Mr. McCain.  However, that time has come to an end and it is time for him to be recalled. Then he can run as the proper liberal he has become......

What will it actually take for McCain to be recalled? Just signatures on a petition will not do it. What is the entire process that y'all face?

Are any economic contributions needed? If so, how should they be directed?

I checked SinistralRifleman's link to the previous post on the issue and noted akrazy's post that one of his Ohio Senators is a co-sponsor. How can I readily find out which Republicans are affiliated with this?????!!!?!
