Whatever those clowns in the PRK legislature come up with is sure to increase handgun sales between now and whenever it takes effect. Investors, prepare to adjust your portfolios appropriately.

Shelley, the author, claims police forces are currently using this technology. Where? SEND YOUR LETTERS TO DAVIS

Man, those Kalifornian legislators are nuts. Not a brain among the bunch. Feel bad for the guys that live there. Ice

Everytime I see these stupid bills I head straight for the exemptions. IF THE POLICE ARE CURRENTLY USING THE TECHNOLOGY, AS CLAIMED BY SHELLEY, WHY IS THIS IN THE BILL: (c) Subdivision (a) shall not apply to any of the following: (1) The sale, loan or transfer of a pistol, revolver, or any other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person to any law enforcement agency, or any agency authorized to perform law enforcement duties. (2) The sale, loan, or transfer of a pistol, revolver, or any other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person to any peace officer, as defined in Chapter 4.5 (commencing with Section 830) of Title 3 of Part 2, who is authorized to, and who does, carry a firearm during the course and scope of his or her employment. (3) The sale, loan, or transfer of a pistol, revolver, or any other firearm capable of being concealed upon the person to any employee of any law enforcement agency or any agency authorized to perform law enforcement duties, who is authorized to, and who does, carry a firearm during the course and scope of his or her employment.

Well... The PRK legislature is looking out for your best interests. We don't want anyone getting shot or hurt when the blackouts occur. See they really do care. [whacko]

Bring it on. Another excuse to go on a buying spree. Which is what it will do to many others as well. Gotta help those sagging handgun sales.

We are all furious with the choking and restrictive gun laws lately. Living here is getting tougher and tougher. Santa Barbara doesn't fingerprint yet for ammo, but many other places do. "Pocket rocket" handgun attacks are all over the liberal media as well. Within a few minutes every firearm in the People's Republik of Kalifornia will be banned. Very frustrating.

We almost have a defacto handgun ban in Maryland right now, thanks to the bill the Governor passed last year at a cost of $181 million. We have very few handguns approved for sale. Fired shell casings must be provided to the state police with each new gun, but there is nobody collecting them right now. Come this fall, we must take a safety course to purchase a handgun. There are no courses developed, no schedules, no instructors.

One good thing about Kali's defacto ban - look at the hundreds of thousands of people that will get off the fence and run out to buy weapons before it sets in.

Let them do it all including baning guns. It will be a wake-up call to millions of sheeple.
