IMPEACH THE S.O.B.!

IF this story is true and the quote is accurate, then isn't there some sort of legal recourse left to Mr. Lay?

Almost sounds threatening. Head LEO of one of the most populous states is quoted that he would knowingly imprison and torture an individual who has commited no crime.

The article makes him sound like a sociopath.

Or a psychopath.

This can't be true, can it?

Impeach Lockyer!

While I'm no Democrat and have no love for most of their views, I'm a bit skeptical of any "news" item I read on the Web unless it's corroborated by a couple other sources. [:\]

Damn, the more I think about this, the more pissed off I get!

If the A.G. recognizes and accepts forced sodomy as a form of punishment, is he, and by extension, the state of California, not also guilty of rape or at least conspiracy?

That has got to be a violation of civil rights. Sounds cruel and unusual to me.

And I'll beat all you PRK bashers to the punch and state that sodomy is not that unusual in certain parts of CA.

Hell, what has he got to lose? After all the sh*t that has been going on in Cali lately, with the lights going out and all his career is pretty much over when he finishes this term. Besides, maybe he meant it in a good way. I know quite a few people from California that are kind of "funny" that way if you know what I mean.

If a republican said this, the media, ACLU, NAACP and everyone else would be screaming for apologies.

They should have the AG in jail and get rapped ten times over.  See if he likes it, he probably will.  I think he is a gayball.

These remarks would be in total character for Bill Lockyer.

I worked on the Dick Mountjoy's campaign(Lockyer's bitter enenmy), and the people working on the campaign that know and have met Lockyer, have described some rather unflattering comments about him.

Lockyer is a little Bitch and he's just stating what he wishes he could exprience on a daily basis. Unfortunately, I,m here behind enemy lines and a very large segment of the population I know hate that and all the other liberal S.O.Bs here and will be working very hard to remove this cancer from office in '02.

This is a growing trend with the socialists. I posted earlier last month about how the ATF was running commercials in Colorado saying that one of the Project Exile penalties is PRISON RAPE.

A short excerpt:

"Then Bob [Bob Glass founder of the Tyranny Response Team] mentioned this:

"Project Exile makes no statutory distinction between a crack dealer with a murder record who lounges on the street corner looking for a robbery victim, and a
single mother who carries an unregistered .38 in her purse without a CCW permit."

Rich Marianos, Agent-in-Charge of the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms, replied that he makes the decision whether someone "is a criminal or not".
