I would love to have a system like that, but the thoughts of cleaning a stationary setup like that without busting your butt stops me. From my limited wine making experence was easy. Used 5 gal glass water bottlt, filled with water and added 1/2 cup unsented bleach, and let it set in bathtub for a morning while I got everything ready. Empty the jug and rinse twice and add a chlorine killer and rinse.
