Diets are for lazy shits!  Exercise is the key!  Then you eat to get the energy to go out and exercise some more!  

I stay very consistant with my weight and I each as much and as often as I want...I just exercise in between.  

That way, you do not leave out any important vitamins, minerals, proteins, etc.  

I do not drink pop at all.  I substitute it for some OJ or CM.
