I don't know who this guy is but I don't like spam - or threats

Now my little infantry brain does not know a lot about computers but I figure I can find some people who do - and then I can use my little infantry brain to think of what to do.

And yeah this a threat - sue me.

You need to get the full HEADER information. I'm not sure which email program you use so I'll put instructions in for some of the more popular programs. Copy and paste it then post it here, quite a few of us here can decipher it for you.

Outlook Express

First click on a message you want to view. From the Menu bar at the top of OE click on "File", then "Properties". Now click on the "Details" tab. Copy and paste the full header information into the message you are forwarding.

Netscape Mail/Messenger

Select View/Headers/All from the menu bar. Forward the message as an attachment.

Hotmail

Select Options, Preferences, Message Headers, Full/Advanced

Yahoo

Select Options, Preferences, Show Headers, All, and click "ok"

first off, stop and think. maybe this person has mixed your e-mail address up with someone else's.
second go reread what you are posting here. to me you are starting to sound like a wanna-be tough guy with your "this is what i'm going to do to him posts"
Just delete his mail & go on with your life if not then you aren't any better then him.

x-originating-ip is the users ip, looks like its msn mail but he's a uunet customer. Only thing whois gives on the ip is uunet and the DNS, it looks like this 1Cust10.tnt19.atl2.da.uu.net so I'd think atlanta, the .da kinda threw me dallas maybe but after a traceroute, all the routers have atl but no da, your guy is in atlanta.

I'll say it again, do you know if your really this person's target with these e-mails? are you really that high strung that you would let someone hiding behide a computer push all your button like they are doing now? I say fuck it, just delete this asshole's mail & stop getting so stressed. If this clown were to meet you face to face & talk that shit, then I say do what you got to do. But right now there are to many internet rambos' to let even one get you this worked up
