i don't know how i possibly COULD be mad at those that didn't see the original thread.............but obviously there WERE those that saw it and didnt respond as it was BTTd 5 times............... it just rubbed me wrong in the worst way, here i was hoping to give something soothing to the family before they could actually have their son back and it got NO traction.......... |

Tex, I saw and read the post. Prayers sent every day for our guys from me. I'm sorry I did not post to say so because I did not realize the importance of acknowledment. Please know I will continue the prayers.
An aside here as well..... there are some folk posting on ARFCOM claiming to be from TX that give definition to the word ASSHAT..... I hereby apologize to the board IF they really are from around here. Rip |

I know how you feel. I had one asking for info on a Marine Corps. unit and though I did get some info the part that bothered me was that my co-workers' son is in Iraq and he called his dad telling him that 10 men from his unit were KIA in one firefight. My question was, why haven't WE heard about this in the media? It seems that no one was really interested about it here. WTF? AB |
