I have an old Charter Arms AR7 and I was wondering if anyone knows if those CCI CB Longs will cycle the thing? What about the Aguila SSS or Remington subsonics? I would assume the Remington subsonics would, but I don't know about the other two. Thanks.

Aguila SSS almost certainly will.  Despite having a smaller than normal case, the report is quite loud and has slight recoil. There's easily enough energy to cycle the bolt.

I have used the Aguila 60gr. SSS & it works in my Charter Arms pistol as well as other semi-auto rifles. I have tryed other subsonic brands, Remington, RWS & Aguila 40gr. in other semi-auto rifles & found that they will not cycle them.

I found an interesting link to that stuff, but the guy didn't mention cycling semi-autos.

I can cycle the bolt by hand, that would be okay. Thanks for the help guys. Time to do some shopping. :)
