All of you who want Bushmaster to stand on principle... you going to pay the mortgages of the employees?  Maybe their kids' tuition bills?  There are bigger issues at play than living up to your expectations.  You have to face reality and recognize that a court fight could have likely put BM out of business and thousands out of work when you figure direct lay-offs and cutbacks from suppliers to BM.  In principle I agree with you.  When I pull my head out of the clouds I see that they also have a responsibility to their investors, employees and customers.  Its hard to strike a balance between all of those concerns.
