I made some gun cursors one day when I was bored and I figured I should post them here so people can use them. You can get the .zip at

You must right click the link and then select "save target as" for it to work (otherwise you get the yahoo error thing)

Once you get the file, unzip it into the C:\windows\cursors  directory
then change your pointer by going to
1. my computer
2. control panel
3. mouse
4. double click the cursor you want to change
5. Find the cursor you want and hit "open"

Tell me what you think

I get the Yahoo! "Page not Available" screen.

Please re-post as I'd be interested in seeing this.  Danke!

Sorry about that, the way to get it is to right click on the link, a menu should pop up, then click "Save target as"

I thought the browser would realize a .zip is not an html file and would automatically try and download it. My bad, sorry.

Akimbo; YES make it shorter and ad a grenade launcher, maybe an aimpoint or Acog? That would be really cool. Also, is there a way to make the hourglass thingy into say a grenade or something?

peashooter; unzip the file into C:windows/cursors then open your mouse controls in the control panel and click pointers then browse till you find the guns.

I cannot change the size as far as I know, I am limited to 32x32 pixels. I will try to work on an m4, mp5, and AK type weapon in the near future.

Sir:

These are fantastic, thanks for releasing them to us.

All the cursors seem to work for me except for the "link select". No matter which firearm I select my system still goes with the "hand".

Am I the only one with this problem?

Any suggestions?

My link select is the same way on the internet.  When I am in other area's of my computer to goes to the MAC.  Any way we can change this?
