I voted Chinese but to tell you the truth, I like them all.  I am Sicilian and very selective on what Italian food I eat.  If we are going out to eat, will either be Chinese or Mexican....can count on one hand the number of times we went for Italian, as I grew up with the best and restaurants cant do home made Italian food justice

India, Thailand,Ethiopia, and Japan are all countries, as is Italy. None of them are specific "ethnicity"

Mexican wins? Lol. Italian is the clear choice for the discerning palate. It’s not even close....well ...maybe in GD it is.

None of those listed ever come out really true to the culture.  For example, most Americans would find truly authentic Mexican food nasty.  What we get is a bastard Americanized version of most of those.  "Chinese" as we know it is laughable.  It ain't real Chinese.

If you know how to make it correctly yourself they can be authentic. Which puts Italian Way out front.

All of it.

I honestly don't think there's a single ethnic cuisine I've tried where NOTHING was to my taste.  I didn't like everything all the time, and some meals have to be in the right context, but I've enjoyed it all.

Most of those countries' residents would probably disagree. Especially the Japanese. The Indians might argue along caste lines or something.

Definitely English food!

Okay, maybe not.  As they say, "England conquered the world to get spices...and then refused to use any of them."

Only best chefs not best food have eaten hot garbage of every kind and spectacular food from same areas. Although Japan was consistently good. Some places like France it is irrelevant because it’s so fucking expensive eating out

Give Naga food a chance if you ever get the opportunity.  I figure that since both groups are Asian hillbillies, there might be a little overlap.
