What, exactly, are the requirements and limitations in producing a color lower? Is it simply the material or... ? Everything so far appears to be a matte finish.. is that a function of the texture of the surface of the material or a property of the material itself? The reason I ask is that there is an auto paint that looks like dark blue in the light but black at night that would be SWEET on an AR!!
