Without that, I'd probably still be smoking I quit cold Turkey every time and hope for the best. Works 60% of the time, every time. |

Last time I tried cold turkey, I’d made it 6 days when someone cut me off on the highway I had to pull over and stop because I was shaking with rage. As soon as I calmed down, I drove straight to a store and bought a pack. Smoked for another 2 years after that |
