What the hell is the REAL difference. I've seen some pictures, but I THINK the difference is in the length of the forearm (or whatever you call it, I can't think right now).

On another note, you have to be 21 to buy/own prebans don't you?

In NY, a long gun is a long gun. Doesn't matter what it's date of manufacture is. I can't imagine that it would be different anywhere else.
