So are they going after manufacturers, or accomplices? 'Cuz they're not the same thing, homeboy.

Wonder if someone, somewhere is keeping track of the attorneys that are involved along with politicians.

Manufacturers and dealers have zero legal liability.
May as well sue ford for drunk driver crashes, Nestle for morbid obesity, and Revlon for dumb blondes. |

Saw the thread title, knew it was Crump before opening thread.

Will he help me sue politicians for raping me?
They have been fucking me against my will for quite some time now. |

I never understood the reasoning why these lawyers sue the gun manufacturer. They just built something, they didnt force the guy to do what he did. It is like suing ford because a drunk driver was driving an f-350 when he got in a fatal accident. Makes no sense.

Someone should sue that fuckhead for violating the civil rights of those who want to purchase arms but can’t because of his lawsuits.

Perhaps this is a question for Aimless, but, a Civil Rights attorney is different than a product liability or personal injury attorney.
Perhaps pressuring for a quick settlement requires bluff and bluster. |

Same guy who showed up at other shooting in Louisville. Spread disinformation through the media and grifted off the victims family and connections.

Quoted: Can we sue Hennessey and Chevrolet for being accomplices in the Waukesha case where the black supremacist plowed through people trying to watch a parade? View Quote I didn't realize that John Hennessey had modded the SUV involved and then I realized you were talking about a different Hennessey |

If the makers and marketers win they should countersue for legal expenses, time, aggravation and everything up to tire wear and shoe leather used to defend themselves. |

They don't sue the gun companies because they did anything. They sue them because they hate us having guns. |

Well, if "somehow" he ends up on my front porch I'll happily kick him in the nuts. It's the least I can do.

The man is a first rate POS who is trying to position himself to take over as the the next race baiting pimp who can shake companies down but via the courts.
If the insurance companies of these manufacturers cave I can foresee them bailing on the industry over time. |

View Quote Under the lefts logic you can go after everyone to include those that mined the iron to make the steel for the vehicle, the companies that provided the material to make the plastics, the wiring, the tires, the brakes. Hell why the not the company that sold the gasoline, the company that transported the gas, the company that refined the gas, the company who drilled for the oil, and on and on. |

Imagine, if you will, a time when relative skin color wasn't the basis for every single aspect of your life...

Yawn! So Sharpton and Co. are getting low on funding and out for mass shakedowns. Nothing new here.

Can't sell guns if all the companies are out of business. It's called lawfare. Just keep suing regardless of loss or victories. Run them out of money. |

Hmmm. By that logic.
Wouldn’t People have to right to sue the state and federal gov for infringing on the People’s right to keep and bear Arms. The People in that area have been restricted as to what Arms they may freely carry to protect themselves Had they been allowed to have an AR or AK pistol slung at all times in all places. Would they have lived because they could have fired upon the attacker in self defense |
