Seriously, I have heard that some angry Kalifornians have showed interest in forming a new state in the Northern part of CA.  The proposed state would be called "Jefferson."  Anybody heard anything else about this.  If you are planning it, I support you!

You must be from S. FL.  Am I right?  I hate the old farts when I visit there, and many of the more unpleasant ones are Jewish.  That does not mean that I dislike Jewish people, but I have found 95% of the elderly Jewish population of S. FL to be crabby and rude.  Am I right about the S. FL thing or what?

I was born and raised in south FL and it seams that over the years the rude obnoxious minority from the northeast has conspired to make this place suck. This is not common to one religion or race it seems to be people as a whole.

Probably save the American taxpayers billions of dollars also. Right now I heard Israel get's all it's yearly stipend in one payment and then buys US treasury bills with the money we give them. We pay interest on money we give them. If this is untrue could someone correct this unjust rumor. I wrote to my congressman 2 times about this issue and he never returned my letters.Hum

lets see give up california for israel...hmmm no, bad trade.as much as i dislike california politics its too rich a state.california produces wharas  israel consumes and could not stand with out the help and money from the USA.

I have to say I am from NY and you are 100% correct. The people here are rude and obnoxious. I want to split. I like florida but I think south florida would be to much like home. If I were to go south(and I love florida) I would go to the gulf side of florida. If not florida houston Texas. I apt more for Texas then Florida.

 One thing to note - observant Jews are a MINORITY in Israel!  I am no anti-Semite, my great grandfather was a Jew.  I am not a Zionist, which is to say that I do not support a theocracy in Israel.  The Palestinians deserve a homeland too.  What most Americans find incredible is that most of the rest of the world thinks that we are a Jewish nation, as Israel claims to be.  As far as the Holocaust goes, if you won't fight for your own freedom THEN YOU DESERVE WHAT YOU GET!!!!

It never ceases to amaze me how slanted the US media is on the Isreali/Palistinean issue, though it shouldn't be given the large amount of jews in the media, from the reporters to the owners. It seems to me like the American public at large is pretty much in the dark as to what's really going on over there, nor understand the history behind it.
It would almost seem like they are already a state if you think about it. They are armed with our weapons, our weapons technology, and our money. Yet they don't contribute anything as far as a tax base. And for what? So our gas prices can rise everytime there's trouble over there?  
All this for what? What do we get out of it? More holocaust guilt so we make sure we never stop funding them with American tax dollars? I thought we were on our way to reforming the welfare system

Something people don't want to see is the fact that we are becoming much like our adversaries... A certain province feels like it has no support from the GOV and they get pissed? But, fear not. They will be quelled as so many before us. What does the map look like in 50 years?
