Quoted: Rogue rack and bench with a Concept 2 rower and some Nuobells. I like working out. I hate gyms. I half a Rogue half-rack, a few types of bars, just over 500 pounds of plates, some bands, a dip stand, an Airdyne, and a rower. I have dumbells, but only up to 25 lbs. No pics, though.
My first priority is getting a couple more 45s. I've been crushing deadlifts, and hope to be at 550 by the summer. I've literally run out of weight. I should probably get some heavier dumbells, too. Otherwise, I'm pretty happy with my setup. Fortunately, I've also got a decent gym at work with heavy dumbells, and a few machines for accessory moves. The one thing I have at home that they don't have is a yoke bar. No trap bar or GHD at either gym, unfortunately. |

I have a nice rogue rack, bench, and two good bars...but my plates suck.
I had an odd year for income and will be getting a good chunk back for taxes...gonna go cray cray and really deck things out. Bumper plates nice dumbbell set and a nice cable machine My boys are getting into it as well so it will be money well spent. |

Quoted: How do you like the Nuobells? View Quote The nice thing about them is they're very quick and easy to change the weight. They also feel like real dumbbells unlike some of the square ones. Only major downside is they're not designed to be dropped, they'll break if you do. Not an issue for me since I don't drop weights but it's an issue for some people. |

The only home gym I have going is assembling all the furniture my research partner ordered over the last few months - every stick of furniture save two in both the living room and the kitchen were assembled by yours truly...left knee is still giving me fits after those flat butt chairs that came with the table. On the other hand, everything matches now, and she's happy, plus all of that old stuff got donated to someone who really needed it.
I would like to get a treadmill that folds up under the couch so I can walk and watch TV. OP, your setup is quite impressive and very expensive looking, don't think I would ever be able to afford the house to put it in, much less the cost of the equipment, but very nice. |

I got my rowing machine in yesterday... it didn't have any instructions. Yay. There was a quick assembly video on Amazon, so I was able to get it figured out. No user manual, so I don't know how to use the little monitor doohickey on it, though it's not really necessary.
Haven't really used it yet. I filled the tank most of the way with water (and a little dash of bleach so it doesn't get nasty). Now to be sure I have technique correct, before I hurt myself on that bitch! |

Nothing special some horse stall mats from tractor supply, squat rack I bought off CL, bench, have an older powertec leverage system I bought years ago that I used to use for everything Now I really just use it for seated press and plate storage. Bought two of the dicks sportgoods 300lb weight sets one year when they were $180ish for Black Friday, have some older weider 45s and 10s that came with the powertec when I bought it.. have 620lbs but I need to get some more 45s. Decent Cap “beast” bar, curl bar.. and a treadmill with a tv in front of it to zone out and run. Works for me, I can workout whenever I want, blast whatever music I want.. don’t have to wait for some high school kids to finish benching 135lbs.

I sold most of plates during the lock down, haven't gotten around to buying bumpers yet. So no I don't gym right now.
