if hes said anti trump statements in the past, then that alone is proof its he cant / wont be impartial and thus should be excluded as the defendent wont get a fair trial. thats how shit used to work in this country.

Leahy as juror and judge. Schumer says the trial 'will be fair.' Mittens says he's already made up his mind to convict, even before the trial has started. And these are the people we trust to "impartially" and fairly run our gov.  is right. Well, at least the madness is all out there on display now.
