I'm hoping her actions over the last couple years or so have done her in. Rs have been mostly done with her for years, in her last election she was primaried and then pulled off a write-in campaign in the general. She said a bunch of stuff that pissed off Conservatives around the first impeachment of President Trump and the appointment of Supreme Court Justice Coney Barrett, but then she voted party line after all which pissed off everyone else.

Because she made a grand bargain with the democrats: She will represent their interests in exchange for their tacit support, and also support the Native groups, and she will call herself a Republican. To be fair, it is easy for her to do. Alaska is drifting left more and more with each election.
There are a lot more government cheese type Democrats in Alaska than you imagine. We elected Mike Gravel, for God's sake. That is a tough combination to beat. What are you going to do as a Republican? Vote for her, or let a creep like Begich win? Joe Miller, her first real opponent who won in the Republican primary against her, got clubbed like a seal by the uniparty Machine. He got disowned by the Republican party as THEIR candidate! Make no mistake, the Democrats will renege on that deal if they think they can win. Begich is carefully building up a constituency to run for office again. If you think she is bad, start following the Anchorage assembly and watch a Bernadette Wilson video of her raging against them. Half of them are full on marxists. |

Romney is an idiot and I did not vote for him in the primary. He is the laughing stock of the Republican Party but at least we voted for Trump in UT. You have places like CA, NV, AZ, CO, WA, OR and NM all around us that voted for the commie Biden and they all get a pass. I'd rather have a crappy Senator like Romney that can't do too much bad when you have someone like Trump in office as opposed to have voted Biden in.
