Finally had a nice chat with the new GM to go over why I am so frustrated.
He apologized for leaving me out of decisions that affect my job. We also talked quite a bit about the service manager. He listened, but at the end of the day the service manager has made himself very valuable. I did get him to say that I do not now nor will I ever be reporting to the service manager as my immediate supervisor. We'll see if things change. |
